A concentration is subjects, not the name on your degree
The requirement is satisfied by what you studied, evidenced course by course, not by whether your degree is called accounting. A degree in something else entirely, with the right courses inside or added afterwards, satisfies it.

What it is for
It opens the road to people who assume it is closed to them. Somebody with a history degree and the right accounting courses is in the same position as somebody whose degree says accounting on it; the transcript is what is read, and the certificate on the wall is not.
How to think about it
Work from the transcript, line by line, not from the degree title. List every course with its subject and its credit. Then match each one against the board's categories, and note which of your courses you would have to argue for -- because that is the argument you will need the syllabus for.

The trap
Ruling yourself out because your degree is in another subject. It is one of the commonest reasons people never start, and it is usually wrong; the road is open, it is a question of which courses you already have and which you still need.
